Every EGR valve produced at Tenda passes through the following process. The end-of-line test station is the gate: nothing leaves the line without passing both functional and leakage tests.

  1. Incoming material inspection — raw casting and electronics verified against OE reference before production release.
  2. CNC machining — valve body, plunger and seat machined in-house with calibrated tooling.
  3. Cleaning & sub-assembly — ultrasonic cleaning and operator-traced sub-assembly.
  4. Calibration & pre-set — opening pressure and flow curve set per OE specification.
  5. 100% functional test (EOL) — every unit tested for opening, flow, response time.
  6. 100% leakage test (EOL) — every unit tested for seat leakage under vacuum and pressure.
  7. Final inspection & trace label — visual check, lot code, traceability label applied.
  8. PPAP & documentation — available on request for OEM/ODM programmes.
