What does an EGR valve do?
It meters exhaust gas back into the intake to lower peak combustion temperature, which reduces NOx formation. Most modern diesels and many petrol engines use one.
Why do EGR valves fail?
The usual causes are soot and carbon deposits jamming the valve or seat, coolant ingress on cooled EGR circuits, and wear or faults in the position sensor or stepper motor.
Are your EGR valves OE-equivalent?
We build to IATF 16949 and run 100% function and leakage testing on every unit before shipment. Packing data (carton size, pallet footprint, gross weight) is provided with each quotation.
Can you develop a reference we do not list?
Yes. Send the OE number, a drawing or a sample. We do development and tooling in-house, including low-volume long-tail references that larger suppliers decline.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is typically 50-100 pcs for a first order. Lead time is 5-10 days from stock and 20-40 days for production.
