What does an EGR cooler do?
It cools recirculated exhaust gas before it re-enters the intake. Cooler charge means lower combustion temperature and less NOx, so it is standard on Euro 5, Euro 6 and equivalent engines.
Why do EGR coolers fail?
Typical causes are internal clogging from soot, thermal fatigue cracking the core, and coolant leaks at the header or gasket faces.
Are your EGR coolers OE-equivalent?
We build to IATF 16949 and run 100% function and leakage testing on every unit before shipment. Packing data (carton size, pallet footprint, gross weight) is provided with each quotation.
Can you develop a reference we do not list?
Yes. Send the OE number, a drawing or a sample. We do development and tooling in-house, including low-volume long-tail references that larger suppliers decline.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is typically 50-100 pcs for a first order. Lead time is 5-10 days from stock and 20-40 days for production.
